Shona Hamilton-Higgins
In 2018 our CEO & Founder, Shona – who, in her own words, is ‘Mum’ to a cat, horse and two dogs, wife to a cowboy, and all-round country bumpkin with a penchant for a cheeky red – felt the needed to make a drastic change to her life, and the idea of starting her own business was born.
Through sheer grit and determination, Shona gave herself a year to find balance she so greatly needed in life and to put the ground-work in to building her own business – a business that allowed her to find her purpose and that combined her passion of HR, the countryside and horses.
LilacHR was ready for launch full-time in June 2020 and its been the most amazing journey since then. We have worked with some incredible people, have supported the most dreamy clients!
We simply love being able to take the stress out of managing people and making the feel a little easier for you.
