How we turned our creative aspirations into digital reality.
At the heart of our story is our founder, Claudia Tinnirello — a passionate and approachable individual who believes in making the complex simple. With her motto, "If your seven-year-old or grandmother can navigate your website, then it’s a success." Claudia is dedicated to breaking down technical jargon so everyone feels at ease online.
Sophisticated Cloud was born from Claudia’s personal quest to build her own website. After years of honing her skills in digital marketing, data analysis, and website development with some of the UK’s leading corporations, she realised it was time to channel that expertise into something truly special. What started as a spark of inspiration on a cosy Friday night, armed with just an iPad, has blossomed into a vibrant business focused on helping our clients thrive online — without breaking the bank.
Claudia is not only an expert Squarespace Web Designer and UX enthusiast but also a former cookery chef and an engaging public speaker. Originally from sunny Sicily, Italy, she has called England home since 2005. After facing her fourth redundancy, she embraced the opportunity to create her own web design company — a journey she adores every day.
